Armor – Craft Foam: Here’s a great set of instructions for making costume armor out of craft foam. Lots of pictures and details included. With some craft foam, gauze, glue, acrylic paint and three-dimensional fabric paint, these turn out quite nice and can be as intricate or detailed as you like! Instructions found at entropyhouse.com.
